Life Insurance Company's Agent Threatens To Throw Complaint Out

Trinity Life is currently being sued by a former client who says he was improperly terminated from his policy by an agent of their company. He claimed that his rights had been violated and that the claims were frivolous.

The lawsuit has been brought against Trinity Life by former agent Larry Young.  linkedin  claims that Trinity Life, "was negligent in failing to properly administer their policy, in violation of its contractual and fiduciary obligations." If it turns out that Trinity Life was liable for Young's termination, the lawsuit is likely to end up in court and Trinity Life could end up paying a hefty settlement.

However, is this case a case of life insurance has gone wrong? Many people consider that a policyholder's claims are legally valid only if the policy is not cancelled and if there is proof of the claims. Even if you have a policy that gives you the right to sue your provider for breach of contract and claims of negligence, if you lose your policy, the lawsuit will be useless.

A claim of negligence or breach of contract by any life insurance company could result in losing your policy, a fine, or both. In addition, even if the case does end up in court, the judgment may not cover all your claims and your provider could pay for them anyway.

In spite of these facts, there is still some doubt about whether or not Trinity Life has done anything illegal or fraudulent. The fact that this is a personal injury case is not a good sign. It is important to remember that personal injuries cases are usually settled before going to trial because the plaintiff often loses. The plaintiff must first get legal representation who can work with the plaintiff's legal team, negotiate the case, and collect the right amount and to fight for the plaintiff's rights.

Many attorneys who work on personal injury cases do not advise clients to go this route because it may put the client in a vulnerable situation where they may not have the financial means to fight the case or the expertise necessary to defend it. This means the plaintiff may have to settle the case for less than what the suit is worth.

The lawsuit against Trinity Life, however, has already caused quite a stir in the insurance industry. One California attorney told the Los Angeles Times, "We're very surprised at the allegations made by the former agent that Trinity Life violated the law with his termination.  cheap insurance  of the Civil Rights of a California State Bar Association says that no violations occurred."

According to the California Commission on Professional and Business Licensing, however, it has received complaints about the termination of this life insurance company before, and the state Bar Association states that it has referred this complaint to the division. The commission claims that there is no evidence that this claim is legitimate. This means the lawsuit against Trinity Life may continue and the case will be handled by another lawyer who will represent the client's rights.

Trinity Life is also being accused of trying to intimidate people who wish to file a claim against their company. According to a complaint filed with the California Attorney General, a former employee claims that he was threatened by a representative of the insurance company during a meeting in the office. According to the complaint, the representative suggested that filing a claim would make matters worse for the client. The complaint also claims that the agent said that Trinity Life has had was called a fraud by other insurance agents, and that the attorney general would be contacted about the complaint.

The complaint, however, was later removed from the official complaint list and replaced with one that says that the employee's comments were taken out of context, and that Life Insurance Company did nothing wrong. In the complaint, the former employee says that his comments were taken out of context because he was attempting to protect himself by stating, "I am only trying to protect myself and my family from a life insurance scam that Trinity Life could pull on me and mine."

According to the complaint, the state Bar Association disputes that there was anything wrong with the statements that the former employee made in his statement. "The bar association believes the complaint was a ploy by an insurance company lawyer to try to intimidate and cause the plaintiff to withdraw his complaint," the Bar Association told the Los Angeles Times. While it is possible that the attorney may have stated that claim was frivolous, it is not clear what the purpose of the complaint was.

If the claims that the attorney said during the meeting are true, it would appear that a lawyer representing a Life Insurance Company may have crossed a line by telling a client to consider withdrawing a complaint. It is important to remember that this is a personal injury case, and as the attorney would not argue that a Life Insurance Company is a fraud, the company could not have possibly advised a client to think of withdrawing a case in this manner. The state Bar Association says it would be better to continue to pursue the case through the courts.
